Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestments

Identification and transaction execution of potential acquisition targets, or divestments. Provide tactical support to deal teams throughout the transaction process in areas of deal structuring, negotiations, and regulatory framework. 


Our services include:

  • Full Buy Side service including target identification, valuation, market analysis, guidance on regulatory issues, and due diligence support. We then negotiate to achieve optimum value, structure, and terms.​​

  • Full Sell Side service including preparation of marketing materials including Teaser and Information Memorandum, buyer solicitation, and managing the overall process to minimize distractions so that your management team can focus on the business. 

  • Transition support. Once a transaction is agreed, the work isn’t finished. While some clients have extensive in-house resources to support an acquisition, other clients supplement their resources with Mekong Strategic staff over this crucial period.
